Farmhouse Commons - Saugerties, NY

Praetorius and Conrad was contracted to obtain Site Plan approval from the Town of Saugerties  Planning Board to construct an 80 unit apartment complex along NYS Route 32 south of the Hamlet of Glasco.  Praetorius and Conrad was responsible for all aspects of the site design including boundary and topographic surveying, site planning and design, stormwater management, public water and sewer designs, road design, and NYSDOT access permitting.  Responsibilities also included obtaining all regulatory agencies approvals/permits, construction layout services, and construction inspection services.  Nearly half of this project is occupied and the remaining units are expected to be completed by the Fall of 2018.  The project has become a mixed community with local senior citizens who want to remain in the area, along with young people who are just getting started in the work force.
